Description:
Up for sale is a preowned 1970s Aria Pro II LC-500 “Lawsuit Era” Les Paul Custom-style Electric Guitar in Tobacco Sunburst in good condition. A hardshell case is included.
The LC-500 is Aria Pro II’s 1970s Les Paul Custom-style model from the Japanese copy era, built with the look and feel of a vintage single-cut Custom. It features set-neck construction, bound body and headstock appointments, block fingerboard inlays, dual humbuckers, 3-way pickup switching, two volume controls, two tone controls, and Tune-o-matic-style bridge with stop tailpiece. These Matsumoku-era Aria Pro II guitars have become popular with players who like vintage MIJ instruments, especially when they want something with the feel of a Les Paul Custom without going into Gibson Custom pricing.
This example is in good condition and shows visible cosmetic wear from normal use and age. The main cosmetic notes are some cracking and discoloration along the binding, along with general wear consistent with a vintage player-grade instrument. The Tobacco Sunburst finish gives it a great 1970s look, and the wear fits the overall character of the guitar. A hardshell case is included.
