The Martin 00L-16E brings a warm, intimate voice to the refreshed 16 Series in a sloped-shoulder 00 body — smaller and more compact than a Dreadnought, but with real projection for its size. This one wears a gloss spruce top in a striking Blue Denim finish over satin mahogany back and sides.
That mahogany construction gives it punchy midrange and strong treble response with a controlled low end that sits comfortably in a mix rather than overwhelming it. The compact 00 body makes it a natural fit for fingerstyle, songwriting, and expressive rhythm work, without sacrificing the woody character of Martin's slope-shoulder design.
A grained ivoroid pickguard adds a distinctive visual touch, while a Select Hardwood neck with a Modified Low Oval profile, ebony fingerboard with 1955 Style 18 inlays, and nickel open-gear tuners keep it comfortable under the hands. Built-in L.R. Baggs Element electronics make it stage-ready, and it ships strung with Martin's new Era Legacy Edition strings in a softshell case.
