Made in Korea in 2015, the B.C. Rich NJ Retro Mockingbird in Ferrari Red, equipped with a Kahler tremolo. This model combines the classic Mockingbird design with neck-through construction and the distinctive feel of a Kahler tremolo system.
The guitar is in excellent condition overall. There is one ding on the back of the body, plus filled and painted holes on the front of the body near the bridge from a previous modification. Apart from these details, it shows only minor signs of regular use.
The guitar features mahogany body wings, a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. The 24-fret neck has a 24 5/8" scale and 12" radius, giving the guitar a compact and comfortable playing feel. It is equipped with B.C. Rich BCR1983 Classic Reissue pickups, controlled by two volume controls, master tone and a 3-way pickup selector. The Kahler tremolo is a distinctive feature of this model, offering a different feel and operation from the more common Floyd Rose systems.
Comes with a gig bag.
