1974 Fender Stratocaster--Natural Finish--RARE Herbie Gastelum Neck--aka known as Mr. Neck or King of Feel. Before john Cruz there was herb Gastelum. Started a Fender in 1961 becoming the premiere Guitar and neck builder so this is a very special Guitar that is in very nice condition and 100% all Original. Still has the pre transitional staggered pole pieces Pickups that sound better than anything they ever produced after 1974- Fact period. Perfectly balanced - Bridge reads 5.39k Middle 5.43k and neck at 5.49k output--They Sound Epic more like a guitar from the 60's. Rosewood on a 1974 is very Rare in itself as only 5% to at most 10% were produced with Rosewood. Serial number reads #517784 Pot code 137,7412 Pickup code 2324-74, H Gastelum Stamped neck. The Body is a perfect light weight Alder at just a shade over 8.1lbs--The Neck has a fantastic Medium C Profile. Rally Nice wood grain and very cool natural checking in the finish that looks incredible. Comes with an Original Fender hard that i believe is actually from the 1960's as this one has the Tail Logo so that's a nice bonus.

Very Cool Piece and it's in outstanding shape- It has been played so it does have some very light scratching or pick swirls small dings/knicks-

I'll be listing several Fender Strat's in Rare hard to find colors--most all have been hanging on my wall for years , played very sparingly so I'm sure they could all use a set up but it still plays fantastic and sounds great-

I will Pro pack and ship out same or next day via UPS Ground--Good Luck to all !
