Beautiful Squier Strat with a matching headstock (white headstock)

Year of manufacture: 1997, made in Korea

Weight: 3.3 kg (approx. 7.3 lbs)

Frets: 21 vintage frets. Light signs of wear, but with plenty of material left should you ever want to level and dress them.

Nut width: 42 mm

Fretboard radius: 9.5 inches

Wood composition: Ash body, maple neck with a rosewood fretboard

String spacing: 35.3 mm at the 1st fret / 54.5 mm at the bridge

Condition & Wear: The guitar shows some signs of use, including the typical finish cracks near the neck pocket. There are also some minor dings/dents on the back of the neck - I bought it in this exact condition and have no idea what caused them.

Custom Electronics / Modifications: I have slightly modified the wiring layout:

1Meg Volume Pot + Treble Bleed Mod.

500k Master Tone Push-Pull Pot with a 22nF capacitor (connects Bridge+Middle or Middle+Neck in series for a fat, humbucker-like sound with higher output).

C-Switch (in the 2nd tone position) with 10 positions. It switches capacitors in parallel with the pickups - essentially acting as a low-pass filter, similar to a standard tone control but preserving the resonance frequency.

In my opinion, this is a highly versatile tool for any working musician. I used it in a cover band to cover the entire sonic spectrum—from funky clean to heavy overdrive—all with a single guitar.

Accessories & Extras: The pickguard is custom-made because standard Fender dimensions do not fit this model. The original red pickguard is included. The tremolo arm and the truss rod Allen key are also included.

Note: I am more than happy to modify the wiring to your preferences, restore the standard Strat circuit, or reinstall the original pickguard before shipping.
