Don't let first impressions fool you. This well-loved DM-1 still pumps out the iconic delay tones that made it famous. As the predesessor to the cult classic, DM-2, the DM-1 is a rare slice of vintage BOSS pie with a production span that lasted only two years in the 1970s.

The BOSS DM‑1 Delay Machine delivers rich, warm analogue echoes using a unique CCD circuit, offering up to 500 ms of lush repeats. Ideal for collectors, studio players, and vintage tone chasers, it’s a heavy-duty original that paved the way for delay pedals to come.

This unit has been serviced and is in good working order. Made in Japan, and the serial number dates to April 1978.
