This is 16x16 Black Ludwig Floor Tom from the mid 80s to early 90s judging by the serial number. It has a deep growl and has been used on recordings to get a low end punch. (See YouTube Clip below)
There is some pitting on the chrome and it could afford to be shined up.
It doesn't come with legs but fits the standard dimensions of the thinner legs.
