The D-28 doesn't whisper. It's got a bottom end that fills a room before you've even dug into the first chord, and it stays tight doing it. Dig in with a pick and it opens up into that big, articulate voice bluegrass pickers have leaned on for generations. Back off to fingerstyle and it goes warm and intimate without losing its shape.
What ties it together is the sustain. Hit a chord hard and it keeps ringing long after a lesser guitar would've gone quiet. That slow decay is half the reason this body style became the standard everyone else gets compared to. It's not a one-trick guitar either. Heavy strumming, delicate picking, full-on flatpicking, it handles whatever you throw at it instead of fighting back.
This one carries extra weight being a genuine factory left-handed build. Those don't turn up often.
This is a USED instrument in EXCELLENT condition. Comes with a hard case.
If you have any questions, feel free to drop by, shoot us a message or give us a call!
As always, this guitar has been meticulously and professionally set up by our skilled luthiers at The Upper Bout.
