1975 Gretsch Country Gent. These Baldwin era Country Gents remain one of the better kept secrets in the vintage world- slightly cheaper than their 1960's counterparts, but just as nice. The 1970's Blacktop Filtertrons sound meaner, the finishes are glossier, and the necks are slimmer. These are mean, mean guitars. This particular example is remarkably well preserved, with only a small amount of general playwear. The electronics work well, and the Bigsby plays well. Currently has a set of Thomastik George Benson Flatwounds on. Sounds awesome. Comes with the original case, as well as some original accoutrements. Ships free via UPS.
