Steinberg ADAT Computer Interface

Steinberg ACI. Here is the TimeCode converter you need, because your DAW workstation can put out MIDI timecode with a simple USB dongle, but it does not put out ADAT sync clock. This Steinberg interface works with your MIDI out and MIDI in, to allow you to sync in both directions. So you can record from the DAW onto ADAT without losing frame sync, and take in audio from the ADAT to the DAW in sync too. Without the clock signal, you will lose frames, and a horrible clicking noise will occur every few seconds making your import and export impossible. I am including a pair of MIDI cables to connect from the DAW to the ACI, and a Alesis ADAT sync cable to run from the ADAT deck (or HDR) into the ACI. You need a complete loop between all of your ADAT sync if you have multiple ADAT decks, you will need this cable to add the ACI to your loop.
