GRETSCH GB4165S BROOKLYN 14X5.5 CHROME OVER STEEL SNARE DRUM - FLOOR MODEL
This seller has not set a shipping cost for Canada. Please contact them to ask about shipping.
The Gretsch GB4165S Brooklyn is a 14x5.5 snare drum built on a knurled chrome-plated Chrome Over Steel shell with a Chrome over Steel finish. It carries 45 degree bearing edges, Gretsch 302 steel hoops, eight double-ended lugs, and a matching butt plate. It suits drummers working a kit on stage and in the studio.
Gretsch 302 hoops and 20-strand snare wires give this Brooklyn more sustain and energy than the USA Custom version, with a bright, powerful attack and a mid to high frequency mix that holds up in jazz, pop, reggae, rock, and country work. The Lightning throw-off engages fast, and Permatone heads by Remo cover the drum. This one is a floor model from our showroom, never sold or played in performance. Light stick marks are the only cosmetic note, with complete mechanical and cosmetic function.
