Schecter PT Classic guitar in Inferno

Schecter PT Classic Electric Guitar Inferno

The PT Classic delivers an ergonomic offset body shape that sits naturally This standing or sitting, with a chambered mahogany construction that keeps weight manageable for extended sessions. The arched quilted maple cap with Inferno finish and natural binding creates visual presence without sacrificing the balanced tonal response that makes this guitar equally at home in the studio or on stage. Schecter's commitment to playability shines through in every detail—from the flamed maple neck with ebony fingerboard to the hardware and electronics that prioritize reliability.

Playability & Build Quality

The custom C-shaped neck and 14-inch fretboard radius encourage smooth, comfortable fretting hand position across all registers, while the 22 jumbo stainless steel frets provide durability and precise intonation. The Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut (1.67" width) pairs with Schecter Nouveau locking tuners to ensure stable tuning and quick string changes, supported by the string-through-body hardtail bridge design that maximizes sustain and resonance.

Tone & Electronics

The dual-pickup configuration pairs a Schecter USA Pasadena Plus bridge pickup with a Schecter USA Pasadena Classic neck pickup, delivering articulate highs and warm lows with excellent clarity across the frequency spectrum. The volume, tone (push-pull), and 3-way switch control set provides intuitive access to tonal shaping, from chimey single-coil textures to thick humbucker saturation.
