The Diamond Memory Lane Jr. is a versatile delay pedal designed to combine extended delay time with musical modulation and practical tempo-synchronization features. Offering up to 1200 ms of delay time, it provides a broad range of possibilities, from short rhythmic echoes to longer ambient delay textures.
The pedal features four main controls for shaping the effect: DLY, MOD, FBK and MIX. These allow the player to adjust the delay time, modulation, feedback and overall wet/dry balance, making it possible to create everything from subtle spatial enhancement to more pronounced repeating effects.
Analog modulation and tempo control
The analog bucket brigade modulation section adds movement and character to the delayed signal. This type of modulation can be used to introduce gentle pitch variation and a more organic character to the repeats.
The Memory Lane Jr. also includes a dedicated tap tempo switch, allowing the delay time to be set directly while playing. A separate dotted 8th switch provides quick access to a dotted-eighth rhythmic subdivision, making the pedal particularly useful for rhythmic guitar parts and synchronized delay patterns.
True bypass and power options
The True Bypass design allows the pedal to be removed from the signal path when bypassed, helping preserve the character of the instrument’s original signal.
The pedal can be powered by either a 9 V battery or a 9 V DC adapter. The power adapter is not included.
