Fender 1965 Jaguar, Olympic White
A often underrated model from Fender, the Jaguar was released as a top of the line model, perfect for the space age time period with its offset design and chromed out look. With 24" scale, it is super easy to play up and down the neck, with this '65 guitar featuring a factory original Olympic White nitro lacquer finish.
The neck is dated Sept. of 1965, with pot codes dated 15th, 30th and 40th week of 1965. It features a C profile neck that measures .778"/1st and .942"/9th. This example is in great shape, with normal lacquer checking and wear throughout. It has finish touch ups on the back of the neck, with a crack repaired by the fingerboard on the treble side. The string mute mounting screws and rear strap button screw are replaced. Serial #L43700, comes with the original case. Weighs 8.3lbs. Please refer to the provided photos for more detail on the condition of this instrument. As with all of our vintage listings, included is a vintage spec sheet which details any repairs & changes of note.
