This Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster HSS is being sold as is used; per our posted seller policies - all sales are final, no returns. This guitar has never been gigged, rehearsed, recorded, or used as a playing instrument. It is being listed on Reverb as Excellent Condition because I am a private seller and not a dealer, so I cannot list it as “Brand New” under Reverb’s condition criteria.

This is a Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster HSS in Solar Flare, featuring the Sweetwater Exclusive Solar Flare finish and an Ebony fingerboard.

The original factory Fender USA 250L strings, .009–.042, are still installed on the guitar and have never been replaced.

ULTRA II PERFORMANCE WITH HSS VERSATILITY

The American Ultra II Stratocaster HSS combines the familiar Stratocaster design with Fender’s high-performance Ultra II specifications and the added versatility of a Haymaker bridge humbucker.

The pickup configuration is:

• Fender Ultra II Noiseless Hot Strat single-coil — neck
• Fender Ultra II Noiseless Hot Strat single-coil — middle
• Fender Haymaker humbucker — bridge
• 5-way blade pickup selector
• S-1 switching to split the Haymaker humbucker for additional single-coil tones
• Master volume with S-1 switch and two tone controls

This gives the guitar an exceptionally broad tonal range, from articulate Strat-style cleans to fuller, higher-output humbucker sounds, while the S-1 switching adds additional traditional SSS-style tonal possibilities.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE MODERN D NECK

The quartersawn maple neck features Fender’s comfortable Modern D profile, an Ultra Satin urethane finish, and a 10”–14” compound-radius Ebony fingerboard.

The compound radius provides a comfortable feel for traditional chording in the lower positions while becoming flatter toward the upper register for bending and lead playing.

The result is a Stratocaster that retains the familiar Fender feel while incorporating modern ergonomic improvements.
