Martin Standard Series 00-28 2017

Martin Standard Series 00-28 made in 2017. It kills me to sell this amazing instrument but When I bought it for my retirement activity I didn't expect to get arthritis right when I retired! This has been cared for and hardly ever played. Not a scratch or knick on it. No buckle rash. No fret wear. I have only ever had light 11 gauge strings on it. I can set it up and put heavier string on it for you. I am a trained Luthier. The only issue is the buckle on the case that sits on the floor has some pitting (see pic) but they can be replaced for under $5.
