Description: Built for discerning players who demand exceptional tone and craftsmanship, this Martin Custom Shop OM combines a responsive Engelmann spruce top with stunning premium cocobolo back and sides. The pairing creates a rich, complex voice with piano-like bass response, sparkling trebles, and remarkable sustain, making it equally at home in fingerstyle, flatpicking, and studio applications. Inspired by the legendary OM-28 platform, this custom build features Golden Era hand-shaped scalloped bracing and a long-scale 25.4" neck, providing outstanding projection, balance, and responsiveness. The GE Modified Low Oval neck profile and High Performance Taper offer a comfortable modern playing experience, while the ebony fingerboard and bridge deliver articulate note definition and lasting durability. Visually, this guitar strikes an elegant balance between vintage Martin styling and boutique custom-shop appointments. Red herringbone trim, Diamonds & Squares Long abalone fingerboard inlays, a premium cocobolo headplate, and a polished headstock create a refined aesthetic that perfectly complements the dramatic grain patterns of the cocobolo body. Built exclusively for Sound of Music, this Custom Shop OM is a heirloom-quality instrument designed to inspire for decades to come.
