I'm selling my Fender Custom Shop 2019 '65 Stratocaster. This is built with the Journeyman Relic finish with Closet Classic hardware (JN1). This is a top-tier Custom Shop build.

The body is alder, finished in faded 3-Color Sunburst nitro lacquer, with a lightly-aged 8-hole pickguard. The neck is really gorgeous, flame AA quartersawn maple, with an AAA rosewood fretboard, 9.5" radius and 21 narrow-tall frets using 6105 wire. The shape is a '65 Strat "C" profile, measuring .820" at the first fret and .974" at the twelfth, with a 1.650" bone nut. Mother-of-pearl dot inlays on the face and the side. Vintage-style tuners with the Fender logo, a small headstock, and the '65 Strat "T-GLD" decal with original patent numbers.

Pickups are hand-wound '65 Strat Relics with the middle set up RWRP. Wiring is the Vintage Mod #2 configuration, using 250K 10% taper split pots and a 5-way selector switch. All hardware is finished to Closet Classic (CC) spec, including the pickup covers, knobs, and control tips, in chrome/nickel.

Includes the original Fender Custom Shop hardshell case in black. Comes with COA, extra springs, and whammy bar. Weight is 7 lbs 14 oz on my postage scale.

I am not the first owner, but to my knowledge it's entirely original. No electronic or mechanical issues. Very lightly played, frets are hardly worn. This is a great looking, playing, and sounding Strat. Classic mid-60's tone! I love this guitar, but I need to sell to fund a vintage purchase.

No cosmetic issues, scratches or dings other than the Journeyman finish. It is a used guitar, however, so does have minor pick marks on the guard, etc. Please pay close attention to the attached photos. If there is some area you'd like a detailed photo of, let me know and I'll do my best to post it here.
