Up for sale is my Ibanez RG2027XL Prestige 7-string in the stunning Dark Tide Blue (DTB) gloss finish.
This is a premium Japanese-made Prestige instrument featuring a 27" extended scale, Wizard-7 neck, Macassar Ebony fingerboard and Lo-Pro Edge 7 double-locking tremolo. The guitar has been upgraded from its original factory pickups to a Seymour Duncan Jupiter 7-string set, designed in collaboration with Wes Hauch.
The guitar has also been professionally set up specifically for B Standard tuning. The 27" scale provides excellent string tension, clarity and definition in lower tunings, making this an excellent choice for modern and extended-range playing. It is ready to play straight out of the case.
Seymour Duncan Jupiter Pickups
The original factory pickups have been replaced with a Seymour Duncan Jupiter 7-string set – the Wes Hauch signature design.
The Jupiter pickups deliver a tight, articulate and powerful sound that works particularly well with extended-range guitars and lower tunings.

Condition
The guitar has been very well looked after and has only ever been played at home in a pet-free environment.
It is in very good condition, with no dents, significant marks or notable cosmetic damage. There are only a few extremely light surface scratches on the bottom of the body, which are only visible from a particular angle under certain lighting.
Overall, the guitar presents beautifully with very little visible wear.
