PLEASE READ: Hello! This has been my main live pedal for a while! I have used it, and up until a month ago I continued to use it. When it turns on sometimes I have to reboot it. The input sometimes will not connect to my guitar. I reached out to neural and they said I would need to send it in for them to fix it. However, it didnt break for me live and once on it was on it worked as normal. Note: it has never taken more than 1-2 reboots to get it back to normal.
I will include a Cioks dc7, crux, and a string velocity midi switcher to make up for the damage. If reverb messages will allow me to send a video then I will send a video of it working before shipping out.
This adds 250 dollars for, what to me, has been a slight Inconvenience, but I don’t want to ship it back to neural dsp to fix this small problem.
I will not accept returns, and I only ship to the U.S.
