2017 PRS Reclaimed Limited CE 24 Semi-Hollow – Peroba Rosa

Up for sale is my 2017 PRS Reclaimed Limited CE 24 Semi-Hollow in excellent condition. This is one of the more distinctive limited-production guitars PRS has released and is considerably different from a standard CE 24.

PRS built the Reclaimed Limited series using Brazilian Peroba Rosa and Brauna Preto reclaimed from old buildings. According to PRS, the wood is typically more than 100 years old. The Peroba Rosa was used for the top, while the dense, tight-grained Brauna Preto was selected for the fretboard.

PRS intentionally preserved the natural character of the reclaimed wood—including its grain, discoloration and other evidence of its history—so every guitar from the run has a genuinely unique top.

The semi-hollow mahogany body with single F-hole gives the guitar an open, resonant character while retaining the clarity and attack you’d expect from a CE 24. The PRS 85/15 humbuckers and push/pull coil split make it extremely versatile, from articulate cleans and single-coil-style sounds through full humbucker rock tones.

Condition is excellent. I’ve owned this guitar for years and it simply hasn’t gotten enough playing time, which is why I’m selling it. It has been well cared for and presents extremely well for a 2017 instrument.

The Reclaimed Limited production was capped at approximately 600 instruments across the series, and these CE 24 Semi-Hollows don’t come up nearly as often as standard CE 24s.

Reasonable offers are welcome. I’m happy to answer questions or provide additional photos.
