this one is legitimately hard to let go of, mostly because i know this model was used in some capacity to record four calendar cafe by cocteau twins.

not only is it a midi-capable roland drum machine from 1986, but it also comes in its original box including original paperwork, power supply, and cable!? that's right! it comes off as if it was stored in a closet for decades, there's hardly a scratch, scuff, or dust to be seen on the unit. preset patterns that use roland's tr-505 voicings, with the ability to mix the volume of each element within a pattern. its midi capability expands its usefulness further, opening up its compatibility with other instruments and pieces of hardware. it works perfectly, i did open it to test its functionality. there seems to be some styrofoam that adhered to the roland branded rca to 1/4" mono cable. other than that it's shockingly well preserved, and how often do you see roland drum machines in their original boxes? don't miss your chance to own a really cool, functional piece of roland and gear history!
