Electronics: Original Fender grey bobbin single coil pickups. The volume pot and second tone pot have been replaced. The first tone pot is original and dates to 1970. The wiring has been redone. The volume pot is wired clockwise, and the tone pots are wired counter clockwise.

Pickup Measurements: Neck - 5.5k ohms, Middle - 5.4k ohms, Bridge - 5.5k ohms

Hardware: The tuners and the nut have been replaced. The back plate is missing.

Weight: 7 lbs 15 oz

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Strat is nicely aged and worn. The finish is glossy and there are plenty of scratches, chips, scuffs, and dents throughout the body, neck, and headstock. The original hardware is tarnished with age. Several repairs and modifications are visible.

Modifications/Repairs: The neck has been refretted. The nut has been replaced and shimmed up. The back plate is missing. The tuners have been replaced and the imprints of the previous tuners are visible on the back of the headstock. Drill holes from the previous tuners are also visible, most were filled in but one was left unfilled. At some point, small holes were drilled into the face of the headstock to install string trees. These have been removed and the holes have been filled in. The volume pot and second tone pot have been replaced. The wiring has been redone.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are tall with light play wear. The serial number dates to 1971. The neck is stamped "22 JAN 1971 B".
