I bought this new and tried it on a guitar for a few days. I would say it’s definitely in excellent condition. The entire lead is still there. It’s a 4 conductor for splitting/parallel wiring options. It includes the screws and springs. It sounds awesome, I just decided to keep my guitar‘s stock pickup.
