Excellent Condition — All Original — Smoke-Free Home

This guitar is in excellent overall condition and has been very well cared for. It is 100% factory original, functions perfectly, and has never been gigged. In fact, it has barely been played since I practice on my acoustic 95% of the time. Since I purchased it, it has never left my smoke-free home. The guitar comes with the Fender Factory Elite Molded Case which is a yellow tweed color. As a result of never using it, the case is in exactly the same condition it arrived. no scuffs or scratches, no tears in the tweed that I can find. I have never once used the case after I originally took the guitar out of it. It even has the keys to lock/unlock the case in the original plastic bag from the factory.

Cosmetically, there is one very small nick in the paint on the tip of the lower cutaway, which is shown clearly in the photos. It is approximately 1/4 the size of a pencil eraser. I want to be as transparent as possible about the condition, so I'm happy to provide additional close-up photos upon request.

Aside from that small nick, the guitar is exceptionally clean. I cannot find any other notable dings, dents, grooves, or indentations. There is no oxidation on the saddles or hardware and no fret wear. The pickguard has the normal light pick marks you would expect from a guitar that has been played, but nothing beyond ordinary use.

I primarily play praise and worship music on acoustic guitar and originally purchased this as my electric guitar to learn and play at home. It has served me extremely well, but it has seen very gentle use and has never been used for gigs or taken on the road.
