Completely serviced. Caps, tubes, sockets, bias control added, switches power socket. Cabs are vintage with new Fane F70's 16 ohms each. I have a box with every old part I removed, casters, caps, etc. I have one original vinyl cab cover. New casters. This amp RIPS and its dead quiet. Plays better than a new amp, set up the right way. No shortcuts. I am not shipping this obviously so if interested some arrangement can be discussed
