NEW) Step into the light with this JET BLACK Eastside Jazz LC from Collings! This model is a hybrid of thinline and archtop concepts, and it's hollow-body construction and 15" lower bout make it extremely comfortable, both sitting and standing. For a Laminated Construction guitar it has an appreciable amount of acoustic response, but when plugged in the warm sound is produced by a single Lollar Charlie Christian pickup in the neck position.
The body and top are laminated maple, the neck is lightweight Honduran mahogany. 1 11/16" nut, short 24 7/8" scale length. The neck is Collings' C shape, and this one measures .876" at the first fret and .985" at the 9th. House-made compensated bridge, tailpiece and pick guard are all ebony. Flared headstock with Gotoh tuners, ebony buttons.
