Vic Firth MJC3 Modern Jazz Collection 3 Vic Firth MJC3 Modern Jazz Collection 3

The Vic Firth MJC3 Modern Jazz Collection 3 drumsticks are expertly designed for jazz drummers who demand both precision and sensitivity in their playing. Part of the Modern Jazz Collection, these sticks are the perfect choice for musicians looking to achieve a refined, articulate sound across a variety of jazz styles, from small group performances to larger ensemble settings.

Crafted from premium hickory, the MJC3 sticks provide excellent durability and shock absorption, allowing for long playing sessions with minimal fatigue. The stick features a medium-thin profile and a finely tapered design, providing a balance of lightness and control for quick, delicate playing. The longer taper ensures a more responsive feel and an improved rebound, making them ideal for intricate stickwork and fast rhythms.

With a unique round wood tip, the MJC3 sticks produce a full-bodied, warm tone that excels on both drums and cymbals. These sticks are perfect for drummers who prefer a more subtle touch without sacrificing projection and clarity. Whether you’re playing light brushwork, driving jazz grooves, or complex solo passages, the MJC3 sticks deliver the responsiveness, tone, and articulation needed to elevate your performance.
