Step back into a defining era of rock 'n' roll with the Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition '64 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic. Crafted with a select two-piece alder body paired with a rock-solid quartersawn maple neck, this instrument perfectly captures the golden-era vibe and resonant sparkle that made the Strat an icon. The light Journeyman Relic nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives it the broken-in look and feel of a well-loved road warrior while letting the tonewoods breathe and vibrate freely. Rooted in the mid-’60s aesthetic championed by legends like Jimi Hendrix, David Gilmour, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, this Stratocaster delivers incredible authentic vintage mojo with modern, effortless playability.

Under the hood, a set of hand-wound Fat '64 single-coil pickups (with a reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup for noise-free positions 2 and 4) pumps out pure vintage tone—think crisp highs, punchy mids, and warm, round lows. The vintage modified wiring #2 keeps your high end intact when rolling back the volume knob, giving you seamless dynamic control right from the guitar. With its 1963 Style "C" neck profile, dark AAA rosewood fingerboard, and modern 9.5" radius with narrow-tall frets, this Strat offers smooth bending and comfort across the entire fretboard.
