Sanded, refinished headstock, refinished the back of the neck with Sam Maloof's oil poly blend, Frets have been completely dressed and leveled and rounded fretboard edges.

Other than the body and the neck, this bass has been completely rebuilt to pro quality standards.

Between the bartolini pickups,($300) Active tone circuit($200) and Hipshot tuners ($215), there are over $700 in upgrades alone done to this bass. That does not included other niceties like Dulop strap locks, bar style string retainer, Wilkinson vintage style bridge, rolled fret board edges, pro level fret dressing, set up, or the original cost of the neck and body. At $1000, I would still be losing money. The only reason I am selling it is to fund another project I have my eyes on. This is a pro level instrument worth double my asking price. My loss is your gain.
