Exceptionally clean Gibson Hummingbird Studio Rosewood in excellent condition, complete with its original Gibson hardshell case.

This guitar has been carefully kept in a climate-controlled home and shows very little evidence of use. There are no cracks, repairs, modifications, or functional issues. Any extremely minor signs of handling will be shown clearly in the photographs.

The combination of a solid Sitka spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides gives this Hummingbird a rich, balanced voice with a strong low end, clear trebles, and excellent note separation. It has plenty of power for strumming, but it also responds beautifully to a lighter touch and fingerstyle playing.

The Advanced Response neck profile is comfortable and easy to play, and the guitar plays cleanly throughout the neck. The factory L.R. Baggs pickup works exactly as it should and makes it equally useful for performing, recording, or playing acoustically at home.

The guitar is completely original and includes the original Gibson hardshell case and case contents shown in the photographs. I’m simply thinning the collection and moving toward a smaller-bodied acoustic.
