Genuine Teenage Engineering OP-1 connector board back plate cover. This is the white plastic trim strip that snaps over the connector board on the rear edge of the original OP-1, carrying the raised icons and braille labels for power, headphone out, USB, and DC input.
Pulled from an OP-1 during a teardown. Clean, no cracks, all four retaining clips intact. Light handling marks consistent with normal use — see photos, which show the actual part you will receive.
Why you might need one: this cover has to come off for any battery, connector board, or rear-panel service, and the retaining clips are easy to snap on the way out. Teenage Engineering does not sell it, and iFixit no longer stocks OP-1 parts, so the only source is a parted-out unit.
Fits: Teenage Engineering OP-1 (original / OG). Does NOT fit the OP-1 Field or the OP-Z.
