✅ Why You’ll Love This Guitar

The D Jr-E is a great choice for players who love the sound and familiarity of a Martin dreadnought but prefer a slightly smaller, more comfortable instrument.

The combination of a solid spruce top and solid Sapele back and sides gives this Martin plenty of acoustic character, while the smaller body makes it exceptionally comfortable for everyday playing.

And with Martin onboard electronics and a built-in soundhole tuner, it is equally ready for the living room, rehearsal space, or stage.

✅ Our Expert Opinion

The Martin D Jr-E is one of those guitars that makes a lot of sense. You get real Martin construction, all-solid woods, classic Martin tone, onboard electronics, and a quality Martin softshell case without the price tag associated with many of the more elaborate Martin models.

For the money, this is a tremendous way to own an all-solid Martin.

✅ Tone Profile

The solid spruce top provides clarity, projection, and responsiveness, while the solid Sapele back and sides contribute a balanced, warm, articulate character.

Expect a strong, versatile voice that works beautifully for strumming, singer-songwriter playing, flatpicking, and everyday acoustic guitar use.
