Condition
The guitar is in excellent overall condition for its age and presents extremely well.
There is one small cosmetic mark on the body, which can be seen clearly in the photographs. I have deliberately photographed and mentioned this so the condition is completely transparent to the buyer.
Apart from this small mark, the guitar is in very nice condition with the expected minor signs of use associated with a pre-owned instrument.
Please study all of the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
Authenticity / documentation
The guitar's CZ528644 serial number is documented on the original Fender Custom Shop Certificate of Authenticity, which is dated 7 June 2016.
The original Custom Shop paperwork/factory tag shown in the photographs is also included.
This is a genuine Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton Stratocaster and the documentation makes this a particularly nice example for a collector or player looking for a documented Custom Shop Clapton.
A great Custom Shop Clapton
The Eric Clapton Stratocaster is one of Fender's most iconic artist models, combining the familiar Stratocaster platform with Clapton's distinctive specifications and playing feel.
The Mercedes Blue finish really suits this model and is particularly attractive in person.
A superb opportunity to own a 2016 Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton Stratocaster with original COA and supporting factory documentation.
