Here is an opportunity to own an early 64' 335 with nickel parts and nickle patent sticker pickups without paying $30K plus. This guitar appears to have had a neck replacement at Gibson in the late sixties. Everything on the body is factory correct. The neck however is a 1 9/16" nut width that they started using in late 65'. The finish on the back of the neck is also sunburst not cherry. It does have the serial number stamped on the back of the headstock like a later 60's guitar as well which matches the Orange label and dates to 64'. That being said this guitar is ultra resonant and the pickups are to die for. It plays and sounds incredible. The original Patent Number Nickle pickups are pre T-Top. Essentialy PAF pickups. They are 100% intact with factory soldier on the covers. Unmolested.
It came in with a non original hard shell case so that is what we are including in the deal. This is an incredible instrument. Most likely had been broken in the 60's and sent back to Gibson.
It is an amazing guitar.
