This is the neon green of your dreams. Both pedals are the same finish (the Excess looks lighter because of the pink on the front). Both are new, never used.
From OBNE: "Excess is a distortion paired with delay, chorus, or harmonized fifths, inspired by the greatest sounds of the 80s and now available with modern tweaks like independent switching and routing options for your present-day music-making."
Both pedals come with the box/swag shown. This ramper comes with double swag for some reason – you get what I got.
