I used it at work as a second stationary!
I used it with a MacBook, perfect synergy))) on Windows, in comparison, I liked the sound less than on a Mac.
On Windows 10 and higher, the system determines it itself!
If Windows 7, then you need to download drivers (if necessary, I will tell you)!
In terms of sound, the bassiest DAC of all that I have had, the stage is not too large but deep, excellent detail and not piercing highs!
It was made to order for me.
Stuffing:
- operational amplifiers 2 (muses03)
- a board on two AK4495 chips, with changed capacitors - Elna silmic 2, Nichikon, Elna cerafine.
- resistors on the board replaced with 0.1% melf
- transport with femto-clock (Amanero) - high-quality stabilizers (2 pieces LT3042) and clock generators CCHD-957.
- common-mode noise filter
- power supply - capacitors with filter (Nichikon)
- stabilizer TPS7A4700
- two transformers (analog and digital power supply separated)!
