This is a 1959 selmer Paris came modified cornet large bore. It says LB on the receiver. It also looks like it's been relacquered at some point and the lacquer looks pretty good. Compression is fair to good in all three valves considering it's a selmer which doesn't have great compression to start out with. The valves work fine. The first and third slides could work better but they do function. Sold without a case. Shipping will be $60 only in the US.
