This '68 Barney Kessel Regular Hollowbody is a treasure for fans of Barney or this particular model, as it actually belonged to the man himself! When Barney left for a European tour, this guitar was passed down to his sons, who used it extensively in sessions alongside the Wrecking Crew. Aside from being a fantastic piece of history, it is a great player, smooth and easy with an effortless feel and a beautiful sound when you plug it in. Good shape overall and comes updated with a replaced nut/frets with a small bridge repair, and the truss rod came to us broken; the neck is straight, so we strung it up with lighter strings, and it feels great. An incredible piece with provenance to back it up! Includes original hardshell case.
