Hofner 500/1 Violin Bass ~1966 - Sunburst

This Hofner 500/1 Violin Bass was made in Germany in circa 1966. The bass features the staple pickup with larger pickup surrounds and it could have been made in 1965-1966 or early 1967. The bass is in excellent playing condition and has been professionally set up with low and comfortable action. The bass has the iconic woody sound these Beatle basses are known for. The bass shows some light cosmetic wear but no damage and is all original. The bass comes as pictured with a nice German made reissue Hofner bass 500/1 case.
