This is a balanced single Sylvania 12AT7 tube. It was made in the USA by Sylvania. Each one of the plates tests very closely to the other. It was manufactured to rigorous industrial specifications so you can expect low noise and microphonics. This tube has flat gray wing-style plates, triple micas, faded red lettering, and a square top getter. These are highly sought after Sylvania JAN 12AT7 tubes, act quickly before they sell out!! Be careful buying tubes from other sellers who list "matched pairs" but do not provide test results or specify the equipment that they use to test their tubes.
I personally tested this tube on my recently calibrated Hickok 600a and TV7D/U tube testers.
