Often referred to as the Singing Geisha – an early 70s Wah-Fuzz with an additional monophonic synthesizer, engaged by the left foot switch and controlled by the rocker. Note that the wah has to be active for the fuzz to work.
The pedal was built in small quantities during the early 70s by the Japanese factory Keio, which subsequently changed its name to Korg. There is some good information in the video which gives a good overview of the pedal.
You can find more information in effectsdatabase.com, and it also featured her on Reverb's list of rare Japanese fuzz.
The pedal has not been in use since the 70's, but upon testing is fully working. The pots have some scratch noise when turned. The battery clip connector has been replaced by a sugar cube connected to a 230V adapter. This can easily be reverted to a battery clip for 9V battery.
The pedal is in good cosmetic condition with some wear and signs of age. The footpedla's white plastic top some damage around the edges. The case has some minor scuffing but looks good. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.
