The Bad Cat Jet Black 25th Anniversary is a limited-edition combo amplifier created to celebrate 25 years of activity of one of the most appreciated brands in the boutique world. Designed and hand-built in the United States, it combines the highest quality materials with refined circuitry, to offer a modern sound with roots firmly planted in tradition. Covered in elegant gray tolex with silver edges and a satin metal front panel, this Jet Black is as beautiful to look at as it is powerful to play. Its tone is inspired by the British school, with incisive mids, controlled bass and an overdrive rich in harmonics, always defined and dynamic even at high gain levels. Perfect for those who seek clean sounds with character or full-bodied and musical saturations. The amplifier delivers 20–25 watts in Class A, thanks to a pair of EL34 valves and a robust solid-state rectifier. It is equipped with a custom Bad Cat speaker by Celestion 12″, perfectly matched to the voicing of the amp. Panel controls include Volume, Gain, Tone, Reverb and a Bright switch to adjust the high-frequency response. Suitable for both stage and studio use, it offers an ideal balance between headroom and break-up, with a touch-sensitive response and a consistently musical tone. This commemorative model is no longer in production and is already sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of the brand. Complete with power cable and original documentation.
