Compatt/X IsoPlus™ is a multi-purpose passive device — use it as a ground loop buzz, hum and noise eliminator, a splitter for multiple amps, a balanced ↔ unbalanced guitar audio converter, isolator, and receiver. It is affordable, compact, and was good enough for Eddie Van Halen.

The IsoPlus is small enough that it can be mounted on or under most pedalboards. It can also be used immediately in front of an amp, at the end of a long cable run from the pedalboard.

Use it anywhere in the signal path if/when an audio isolation transformer is needed to eliminate ground loop buzz, hum, and noise.

It can also be used to convert a ¼" TS unbalanced signal to a ¼" TRS balanced signal or balanced to unbalanced, at the end of a pedalboard or right in front of an amplifier, respectively.

One IsoPlus can split your signal between two amps and the included PHASE push-button ensures you'll never have a phase cancellation issue (which results in a sound that can be described as hollow, thin, not as loud, lacking low end or fullness).

For splitting to multiple amps — just use more of them, one IsoPlus for each amp. Use standard 1/4" patch cables from the SPLIT of one to the INPUT of the next, and connect the XFMR output jack to the input of each amp. Repeat the daisy-chain for more amps. The unused SPLIT of the final IsoPlus in the daisy-chain can feed the input of one more amp.

Power: The IsoPlus is completely passive and does not need a power supply.

Housed in a compact: 3.72 x 1.56 x 1.28in. (94.5 x 39.5 x 32.5mm) and rugged #1590A style die-cast aluminum enclosure.
