Schecter PT Fastback Electric Guitar Gold Top

The PT Fastback combines a lightweight mahogany body with a thin "C"-profile maple neck that encourages fast, fluid playing without fatigue. The gold top finish delivers a warm, articulate tone—balanced between punchy midrange clarity and smooth high-end response—that cuts through across rock, blues, and any genre demanding precision. This is a guitar built for players who value both comfort during extended sessions and sonic character that rewards intentional playing.

Playability & Construction

The thin "C"-shaped neck measures 0.787" at the 1st fret and 0.866" at the 12th fret, paired with a 25.5" scale and 22 X-Jumbo frets on a 14" radius ebony fretboard. A Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut (1.653" width) and 2-way adjustable truss rod provide stable intonation and neck relief adjustment, while the bolt-on mahogany body with ivory binding and diamond hardtail bridge ensure reliable tuning stability and direct string-to-body energy transfer.

Tone & Electronics

Dual Schecter Diamond UltraTron pickups in neck and bridge positions deliver responsive clarity across the frequency spectrum. The electronics layout—2 Volume / 2 Tone (Push-Pull) / 3-Way Switch—provides flexible tonal shaping, while chrome hardware and Grover tuners complete a hardware set engineered for reliability and tuning stability.
