Custom 6-string set of Bare Knuckle Black Hawk humbuckers with ceramic bridge.
These were custom ordered from Bare Knuckle with several options:
- Custom flat baseplates — Black Hawks are relatively tall pickups, so these were ordered with flat baseplates to reduce overall depth. Excellent for guitars with shallow pickup cavities.
- Black powder-coated baseplates
- Untapped mounting holes — left untapped specifically for direct mounting
Ordering these custom baseplates from BKP adds approximately $120 to the cost of a standard set.
The neck pickup has some minor cosmetic scratches (see photos). Otherwise, the set shows only normal light wear from installation/use. Both pickups have their full-length original lead wires, so they have not been trimmed down during installation.
