Founded in the United States in 1945, Fender has created iconic models like the "Telecaster" and "Stratocaster," played by legendary guitarists throughout the history of electric guitars. Even 80 years later, Fender remains a favorite among cutting-edge artists and continues to lead the electric guitar industry as one of the most respected guitar brands.

Fender guitars are produced in the USA, Mexico (for cost-performance models), and Japan.

This model comes from the "Fender Made in Japan Hybrid" series, crafted in Japan. It blends classic aesthetics using design data from Fender USA with the high playability necessary for today’s music scene. The result is a "hybrid" series that beautifully bridges the gap between past and future.

While the "Made in Japan Traditional" series uses basswood for a cost-effective solution, the "Made in Japan Hybrid" series features a serious alder body—known for its slightly rounded and responsive midrange, commonly used in USA-made models. The neck is a slim and rounded Modern "C" shape, made from maple with a smooth satin matte finish on the back. This satin finish provides stress-free playability, as it prevents the hands from becoming slippery during playing, unlike conventional gloss finishes. The vintage-style locking tuners ensure better tuning stability by eliminating the need to wind the strings, reducing the chance of tuning issues caused by string slippage. Additionally, the gentler angle from the peg to the nut reduces string tension, enhancing both playability and sustain.

Thanks to the locking tuners, string changes are quicker and easier, allowing for a more hassle-free playing experience and improved functionality.

The pickups are equipped with the newly designed "Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single Coil," developed in collaboration with the Fender USA team. This pickup offers a well-balanced sound suitable for any musical genre.

Other premium features include the classic Orange Drop capacitor for enhanced attack, a Pure Tone jack for secure connectivity during performances, and top-quality electrical signal transmission.
