Selmer Paris DeVille Trumpet

This is the Selmer Paris DeVille Trumpet. This horn is a well known, French-made trumpet with a beautiful, dark sound.  Selmer Paris made this horn in the early 1970s as a lightweight trumpet with a medium-large bore. Selmer representatives have been quoted as saying that the 'DeVilles' were medium-large bore and lightweight to attain what was referred to at the time as the desirable "light French sound."
