GIBSON CUSTOM SHOP 60TH ANNIVERSARY 1959 LES PAUL STANDARD REISSUE MADE 2 MEASURE BOTB PG 94 BURST60th Anniversary 1959 Les Paul Reissue Made 2 Measure Lightweight mahogany build, weighing it at a very desirable 8.99 pounds! This is a made to measure Gibson Custom Shop guitar, originally ordered and purchased from Stang Guitars in Edmonton, Canada. The finish is based on a guitar found on page 94 of the famous Beauty of the Burst book. There’s unbelievable 3D movement on the top, so it’s hard to capture all that beautiful flame in one shot. It’s been dubbed the “star burst” for its one of a kind appearance. The guitar has some lightly aged elements from the factory and Alnico 3 Custombuckers in both positions. Minor play wear. According to Stang Guitars there are zebra coil pickups under the nickel covers, but I’ve never removed them to verify. You can choose to leave the covers on or expose one or both for that 'modded' look players like Jimmy Page loved so much!Includes Gibson Hardshell Case, pickguard and bracket and Certificate of Authenticity
