The Opus 59 is a dynamic vocal microphone recommended for hand-held or stand-mounted use by gigging vocalists. It delivers an extended, smooth frequency response, extremely high gain-before-feedback characteristics and the ability to withstand high sound pressure levels, making it suitable for close miking of musical instruments or speaker cabinets. The 59 is a dynamic-type microphone with a supercardioid polar pattern with a frequency response of 45-16,000 Hz in close miking situations and 100-14,000 Hz (measured at 1 m) for distance miking. The 59 is targeted to a more discerning artist desiring enhanced performance capabilities at an easily affordable price point.
